So, should I get myself another GTX 970?
Or is 1 already enough performance?
I'm only 1080p gaming on a 144Hz Monitor.
Also, if I get two nVidia cards, what will be shared?
Here, an example:
"nVidia GTX over 9000 examplero":
1400MHz
2048 Cuda Cores
4GB VRAM
7GHz Memory Clock
And I get myself another nVidia GTX over 9000 examplero, will I have 2800MHz, 4096 Cuda Cores, 8GB VRAM and 14GHz Memory Clock?
Also, I heard that VRAM from nVidia SLI is not shared, but will the VRAM of my second card not be used at all, or is it just not in a RAID 0 like config, or like dual channel mode?
By the way, I also have to get myself another MoBo, and another PSU. I'm thinking of getting the ASUS STRIX GTX 970 again, so probably 600W should be enough...
CPU: Xeon E3 1231 v3
GPU: ASUS STRIX GTX 970 OC (soon 2 of them..)
RAM: 32 GB Kingston Savage 1600MHz CL9
PSU: be quiet 500W
MoBo: ASRock Fatal1ty Killer H97
Thanks
