Rolling back worked, I guess Gsync has issues on the latest driver

I found out that vsync locks properly to 60fps as long as I disable gsync. I'll try rolling back a driver

My pc has suddenly decided to lock games to 45fps when I have vsync+gsync enabled. I have the acer xb280hk monitor and two 980ti's. This happened shortly after updating to the newest Nvidia driver. At first i thought it was a bug with the Battlefront Beta, as MGS5 functioned properly. After a while, MGS5 also started capping at 45fps though. If i disable vsync, the framerate gets uncapped, but then I have to deal with tearing. What should I do?

Intel ETU's benchmark didn't go above 63 degrees. So that is good?

I don't have thermal paste right now. What do you mean by funny noises? I opened up the pc and realised that I hadn't tightened one of the mounting screws for the cooler properly. Now it stays in the 80's with Prime95. It's better, but isn't it supposed to be better than that as well?

It's even getting hot while gaming. above 50 degrees(according to MSI Afterburner) while playing Shadow of Mordor.... Pretty sure there is something wrong with the cooling here.

I think there might be something wrong with my cooling. My CPU-temps jump to above 90 degrees celsius under torture in Prime95. The liquid temp, however, stays the same. Any ideas?

I know what fans they are. I was just thinking I should get something more powerful. I'm going to have a kraken x61 on top and two 980tis in sli, so I bet it will be a bit hard to get positive pressure.

What would be the best fan to buy in addition to the two included fans? I want them all as front-intake.

How would the two stock fans on the R5 set to intake, having a kraken x61 blowing out the top be? Would there be negative or positive pressure?

This is the initial build, and I'll save up for another Titan X later. I am clueless on what PSU to buy, could somebody send me in the right direction?
