Yeah I agree you should go for the gtx 980ti you will get a lot better perfotmence from it.And if you can get the skylake i7-6700k cpu and ddr4 RAM it should't cost much more :)

Well I have an asrock H77M and an i7-3770 the only problem that I have is the 24 pin connector is stupidly hard to plug in.And I could overclock my processor to 3.8ghz without it being a K processor.So .. the board should be good :)

Well first 4 to 8gb ram will be good.And I would recommend not spending 64$ on a water cooler but spending that money on a core i3 processor like a i3-4170 it is 3.7ghz.Also no need for a 600w power supply 400 to 450 will be plenty.That way you will get more performence for the money.I recommend these parts http://pcpartpicker.com/p/WRZzTW

You should get an i5 processor rather than the xeon.And I don't think the gtx 750ti will be good enough for 1440p gaming in 60 fps you should get the gtx 960 or wait for the gtx 950 to come out next month :)

You know you will have black bars on the side when you are playing games right.This monitor is more for watching movies.I think that any 22 , 24 , 27 inch 16:9 IPS 1920x1080 p (or 2560x1440p if you can affored it ) monitor will be better than this one :)
