I was running an HDD test overnight which i have done before with no problem and when i got up this morning to check on it I got this. It looks like the screen that was on it before is ingrained into the screen itself. Is it salvageable?

I recently pulled a pair of headphones I have not used in a couple weeks to use it for my laptop and they are not being recognized by windows 10. I looked to see if it maybe was disabled but no luck. I used these headphones about a month ago for my desktop with no complications but now they don't seem to work with my laptop. I even tried plugging in a different set of headphones and they weren't even being recognized. I went into device manager to try and update all the drivers but that did not work. I'm at a loss at what to do next. The first pair of headphones is an off market brand and the 2nd pair are bluetooth Bose headphones which work wirelessly, but when I used the auxiliary cord it comes with, it wouldn't work. Any input would be appreciated! FYI, I am away at college and don't have my desktop to test on

Hey guys, I am trying to use Samsung Smart View for my 2017 Samsung Smart TV and when I go to the app on my laptop, it says there is no TV found. The TV is connected via a wire so is it possible thats what preventing the laptop from finding it? It worked once before but then I moved and I cant get it to work anymore. I can't remember if the TV was wired up wireless before the move. Thank you

Hey guys, so I decided to launch Rainbow Six Siege which I've had no trouble with in the past and all of a sudden I got prompted a monitor message saying my input signal is out of range, the display is all fuzzy and it also says to change my resolution to 1920x1080 which it always has been and currently is. I checked all the cables to make sure they're secure, I checked my display settings and everything is up to date including my graphics card. How would I fix this issue? My monitor is an ASUS MX279 Thank you!

Yes reset. Sometimes I can't even do that and have to force shut down

While downloading large games on steam (in this case Shadow of War) my PC freezes if I don't touch my computer for a while. Everything is fine if I continue using it but once I step away and come back in a few hours, my computer has frozen. Any idea what could be causing this and/or how to fix it? Thanks!

Game audio cuts out after joining a voice chat

So my buddy just did the most recent Windows 10 update and now whenever he joins a voice chat whether it be on steam or discord, his game volume stops altogether. He did go into the communications tab and set it to do nothing when windows detects communication. Whenever he is not in a chat it works perfectly fine, but the moment I join it just cuts out. Anyone know what it could be? Thank you

I am trying to reload windows 10 onto the laptop and after I choose to install with the recommended settings, it starts installing for about 5 minutes but then just the PC restarts. Any clues as to what could be causing this and how to fix it? I am reloading with a Windows 10 Home USB.
