  1. Did you like the Transparent 1's? I am looking at getting a set. Would like to know your opinion.
  2. Is there anyone on the forum using Vanatoo Transparent 1's. I am looking the the audioengine a5+ but came across these. They get very good reviews and seem to have a better sound but I was wondering if anyone had input on the forum.
  3. Has anybody watercooled theirs yet? I am wondering what they have overclocked to with water.
  4. Well I just got my mine. Got home and very exited to put in. But ran into a problem. I can not get a signal in SLI. Both cards work as a single in both of my main PCIE slots but it will not work in SLI. I have a ASrock Z97 Extreme4. I'm thinking it might be a compatibility issue. Has anyone ran into this issue?
  5. We have the same set up with the same monitor. My 980's are EVGA though, and I agree with you 100%
  6. That is true with FPS, but it is the VRAM that is the issue. I hit the 4 GB cap already with some games. The 980's are not future proof at 3440x1440p the vram will probable be a issue with future AAA games.
  7. For anyone looking to get one, Nvidia just got them in stock, and they are available to order on their website. Well at least in the USA.
  8. 3 way SLI scaling isn't nearly as good as 2 way SLI. For that price point You might as well spend the extra $400 and get 2 titan x's.
  9. It depends on you taste and budget. Acer is also coming out with a 3440x1440p ultrawide monitor with GSYNC. I really enjoy gaming in ultrawide and personally I am very exited to see it with GSYNC.
  10. 3440 x 1440 uses more vram then a standard 1440p. Plus you never know what the new games are gonna use. I have a Dell 34 ultrawide and 2 GTX 980's in SLI and I hit the Vram limit in a couple of games already. I even hit it in Battlefield 4 a couple of times. I have already ordered 2 titan x's from nvidias website. Once they arrive I will be selling my 980's. I plan on gaming at 3440 x 1440 for a while. Hopefully the Acer 144hz comes out soon. To hit that high of FPS, 2 titan x's will be needed for most modern games at ultra settings.
  11. Absolutely, if you go curved you will not regret it. It is a much better experience then the flat panel.
  12. Agreed. The R5 is more expensive but you get what you pay for. Great quality and lots of room for a mid tower. I have the R5 with a watercooled cpu and gpus in sli with plenty of room. I would post a pic, but I cant figure out how. LOL
  13. Go for the EVGA G2. I have one and I love it.
  14. EVGA makes some very good quality power supplies at a really good value, if you can swing it I would recommend this. Plus it will give you some room to upgrade. http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-80PLUS-Certified-ATX12V-100-W1-0500-KR/dp/B00H33SFJU/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1428025960&sr=8-1&keywords=evga+power+supply
  15. Get a curved version. In 21:9 it makes a pretty big difference.
