What other options do I have before I re-install my windows? I tried the automatic repair but it just freezes on a blue screen.

So i left my pc downloading something then when I came back it shows "Reboot and select proper boot device" and what I just did is I rebooted my pc and after the startup it freezes, i tried so many times but it just keeps on freezing. After several times I got past through the startup I really feel my pc is so slow and keeps on freezing for 2-5 secs everytime I open something and the bad thing is like 70% of the time it really just freezes. So what I did is I tried system restore and it just hanged on the process. And i tried it again and i dont know for some reason my restore point was gone and it showed that my C drive (SSD) has some errors. Now I cant use my pc cause literally i cant do anything cause of freezes. Is my ssd dying? I just got this 2 months ago and everything is fine until now. My ssd is Samsung 850 evo 250 gb

So I just installed sql management studio and when i try using .\SQLEXPRESS or . it doesnt work. I tried googling and found out that sql server configuration manager there should be a SQL EXPRESS Server. And my problem is I dont see anything. I dont know where to download it and what to do to set up my sql. Thanks to those who can help me!

So I just got a new Toshiba Canvio 1TB external hard drive. So what I am trying to do is copy all my files (games,movies,etc) which is over 600 gb, my problem is I cant copy it all at the same time. When I paste it nothing happens, but if i try to copy it manually like file by file, it copies. Any solution for this because I dont wanna copy my files 1 by 1 cause it will take me a long time. Thanks!
