i have a problem, i have the Sony Xperia Z1 Compact, but i started an application and my screen has crashed. My screen is non-responsive and the application isn't error handling back to the home screen.
I have had this problem before, but I've just waited for the phone to run out of charge and hard reset that way, although i cant exactly be waiting the full day for the phone to discharge before its usable again.
I know every phone has its own hard reset button combination. but from my research ive gathered that the combination also triggers the factory reset switch. although im hoping someone in the forum has been able to hard reset without having to restore to default settings. it is an option for me but id rather it be the final option.
any help is appreciated!
