Is spending the extra 90 dollars on the MSI card not worth it?

Should I get the GTX 1070 Founder's Edition? Please note that in my country a Founder's Edition Card is way cheaper than most AIB's. The Zotac GTX 1070 FE is about 90 USD cheaper than the MSI GTX 1070 Gaming X. The closest card to an FE Card in my area is the Zotac GTX 1070 Amp Edition which costs 35 USD more than the FE Card
