  1. Though I'm switching it now, the original motherboard, ASRock Z97 EXTREME6 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard, listed for $113. In general is really what I was asking, or do you base your decision solely on the piece itself.
  2. Thanks guys, adjusting my setup slightly now. Being close to a micro center store they have 2 pieces that are that open box, which raised the question. Are you guys for or opposed to open box deals?

  4. Planning to start my first build, actually right after I get a little feedback. Have enough saved up (1500) so I can purchase all the piece I need immediately just want to check to make sure I didn't pick something that I shouldn't. Honestly the case I'm not too set on, if someone could give me a better suggestion that would be great. Don't care about lights or flare, just something that is conventional and one that has enough fans. This is my first ever build so extremely nervous and don't want to get something that won't work.
