Hey guys, You have been there for me in the past. Now I need support once again. I have a white fence around my yard and my son wants a projecter screen on the fence for his birthday. Which is way cheaper I think than spending $$$ at a activity place. I'm on a budget about 150 or so. I have an apple tv and a ps3 in case I need to stream or buy a DVD. Not sure how a projector works with sound etc. So please any tips and tricks and models of projectors etc. Thank you in advanced.

Hey guys, last time when i posted I was visiting my mother and got her a 34 inch wide screen monitor as you guys requested. Now she needs a mouse, she is using a laptop tiny wireless crap thing. If i go to best buy today and buy a wireless mouse, for just work ya know, will any mouse do or do i need a mouse with dpi or set a dpi on the mouse. Please suggest best buy mouses, i will be going near one later. Thanks again in advanced

She doesnt stream anything. Its just literally for work. Ultrawide articles said it is a huge boost for productivity. 1440p ultrawide sounds good. But now i cant find one that would work... like... any suggestions? 500 to 800 bucks maybe. Searching frys electronics. But newegg suggestions would help too.. 27 inch minimum. Literally just documents and such she uses it for. But i wanna get her thr perfect mother day monitor. Thank you again guys

Hry guys, im headed to best buy for my mom. She is a real estate agent and is in front if her computer daily. Her mothboard is p8h77-m pro asustek computer. On the back she has hdmi ajd a display port. Is 4k best or 1440p? She does not game or photo edit. She just wants more efficient work space. Budget is about 500 bucks. Need to get ine later this afternoon. I know for sure ips would suffice. Low ms is alright, cause no gaming goes on. It is just for busy work. Any advise for a best buy purchase please LTT group for mothers day. Thank you.

Thank you. I work in my monitor too. Only reason i want to stat with 27 inch and i figured those pixels would be make it look so mich more efficient. I have a 1080p 24 inch aoc. Ill try gaming in that later on. Freesync. Ill give it a go. Inlike the 27 1440p you suggested. I may get it for sure. Thanks again

Crap. I couldnt do it. I could not see a difference between the 1440p and 1080p. I was looking at the 333 dollar asus model 1440p.. i think i need to upgrade more money to monitor to 1440p to see the difference.

Motherboard: asustek model p8H67-M2/TPM/SI CPU:INTEL I5 3330 @ 3GHZ 12 GIGS OF RAM ddr3 pc3-12800h Gtx 760 Is my build. Its not great. Man, i read the forums. Watch ltt and jay2cents. My main goal is 1440p gtx 1070, but with just buying a new home. Kids. 3rd one coming. And i still need a back yard. I have decided i can get a gtx1060 and a new 27" monitor, but keep it 1080p i guess. Games i play are like shardsonline, hots, and random steam games. Dark souls 2 at the moment. But i want to jump into battlefield 1. But i wanted 1440p for work purposes too. Since i work from home. Can i get a 1060 gtx windows 8.1.. still waiting for the free windows 10 download.. or can i get the 480 amd card, heard it was now better? If i do can i still use a 1440p monitor? Granted i guess low graphics of course with the 1060 or amd one.. i found a nice 1440 $333 bucks 75 hertz. Or should i just stick woth 1080p and jist dream of that 1440p gtx 1080.. Any of this make sense? In the end... i want to upgrade my graphics card.. and i want to upgrade my display. If i get 1070 on this with 1440p will it handle it? I have a 750 w powersupply. Its a few years old, but still working just fine. Thatd be a nice small upgrade. 1440p monitor 1070 gtx.. but im scared everything else will not handle it. Or should i just 1080p. Gtx 1060.. and save a buck... i have about oh 600.. maybe 800 bucks to throw in

No. I am using hdmi. This is a recent thing. Granted monitor is oh... 8 years old or so. But just thought it was weird how it just started about a week ago.

Question... on youtube. When i watch LTT or boogie.. or anything really. The tone if peoples faces are blue and boogies shirt is blue on my normal monitor but orange in the view sonic. Basically everyone looks like a smurf. Sometimes the color does correct itself. Is there a fix go this?

You guys and gals have been amazing helping me from external hardrives to tvs and monitors. Now i need help again. I have those "in ceiling surround sound speakers" i say it in "" cause i dont think its real surround sound, but whatever. I have 5 speakers and a sub in my family room. Then i have 2 speakers on my patio. Its all wired and good to go. I just am having a hard time finding a normal receiver. Nothing fancy but not lame. Budget bout 300 to 500 US dollars. From what i read i need a 7.1 receiver with 2 zones. One zone with the 5 speakers and one with 2... makes sense. But some receievers are 7.1 in just one zone. Makes me confused ya know? Any suggestions? I keep running into dennon... never heard of em though. Guy at best buy.. knew less than i did.thank you again ltt forums
