I'm trying to ubdervolt my EVGA 2060 KO ULTRA. My maximum clock is 1890mhz I'm using MSI AFTERBURNER so I set it too 1845mhz to undervolt it & did the stress test everything it's working fine but after I restart my pc and check the setting it's set to 1860mhz instead of 1845mhz. Should I be worry or just leave it like that?

My budget is $300. Which one of these 3's GPUs will last me for 2-3 years on 1080p 60fps+ on High/Ultra with future games?
