Build EVGA GTX 1080 FTW AMD Ryzen 7 1700 Eight-Core Processor 3.50 GHz 16gb Of Ram MSI Krait Gaming Mother Board 1920x1080p Monitor I'm Playing Tom Clancy Ghost Recon Break Point maxed out at 60 fps but at more demanding parts it drops down to 30fps. What would be a good thing to upgrade 1st so it holds 60+ fps or just upgrade to a RTX 2080.

My friend is looking to build a gaming pc for around 1000 can. He is looking to run maily ark and gta. Case doesnt matter and the mouse, keyboard and monitor aren't in the budget. Thank You
