  1. Hello and thanks for the answers. The Inwin BP 671 is the case i will go with. But since i have a 240GB SSD lying aroung i will not put in an HDD. I think for my purpose the small SSD is more then enough storage and when the time comes i still can upgrade. For the Processor i decided to go with the Intel Pentium G3240 since it is cheaper in Germany then the G3220 and as i can see a bit better. Thanks for the help from everyone
  2. Hello there everyone, i am in a bit of a problem. I try to build a new Home Theatre PC for usage as a Stream machine for Netflix, Amazon Prime, Steam Inhome Streaming ans such applications. My Idea is to build in a very small "console killer" like case with enough hardware to not run into problems with Video streaming tasks. To give you some idea of my problems and why im posting this to the LTT forums: 1. I want a pc, which can easily handle Streaming over Network with no intention to game on it (except Steam Inhome streaming) 2. The Space i can use for this build is extremly limited with just 50cm (width) * 15 cm (height) * 35 cm (depth) 3. In this small space should not only fit the HTPC but if possible one with an optical Drive for my blue rays and DVDs. 4. The PC cant run hot since i dont think i can fit a big sized cooler or such things and the space is inside a cabinet which is open to the front but in all other directions closed. My Idea was a Mini Itx build (obviously), but not only dont i have any idea of mitx hardware or cases, i dont even know anything about cheap value Hardware. And for this task i dont want to build an overkill Gaming rig. Which CPU would be the best to give the needed power? Do i need a graphics card for this task? Which case does get me all the things i need but doesnt cost a fortune? I hope you can answer this questions. Thanks for the reading and have a nice Day Greetings Etone P.S. The Budget isnt limited at this point, but cheaper is better, since i dont want to spend another 1000€ for just an little streaming device.

  5. Thanks for the Corsair. My Dad came just home with a present for me, which was a DasKeyboard 4 Professional, so this topic is kind of useless now. Still thanks a lot and maybe i will buy another Keyboard, if i dont like my DasKeyboard ^^. Greetings
  6. Hello Community, i'm searching for a mechanical keyboard. I want to have Cherry MX Brown switches and (really important) media control keys (play/pause, next song, last song). My budget is around 100€ (115 - 130$). Hope there is a good and not too expensive one. Greetings
  7. Thanks a lot for all the responses. After hours of reading and thinking, looking at videos and text guides i deciedid i will build my rig in the Phanteks Enthoo Pro. I like the look and the AF of this Case. Thanks a lot
  8. Thanks a lot for the great and fast replies. i will look in all of your case suggestions and try to find pros and cons. Hope i will find it in the selection Greetings
  9. Thanks a lot, yes i meant the i7 4790k in first place, just forgot the k ath the end, fix it right in the first post I am from germany My Budget is about 130€, bit more is still okay I will buy my Components from the cheapest Internetvendor i can find using geizhals.de (a german search for cheap prices). Normally i buy them on Mindfactory.de or hoh.de, but if some other vendors are way cheaper, i will switch my mind on that
  10. First, thanks. Yes it is not for only Gaming, i use it for some other tasks such as small Video editing. And thanks for welcoming me. I just found out about Linus Tech Tips and love the channel as well as the forum. I want an airflow optimized Case, the soundlevel is not that important. My Budged is not gigantic, The Price for the Cooler Master Cosmos SE was kinda my personal max. i would be happy if it is a bit cheaper, but i shouldn't be way more expensive. Hope this helps
  11. Hello everyone, i am searching for a new Case for a Gaming oriented Rig. I planned on using the Cooler Master Cosmos SE, but im not sure if this case really fits my needs. I want to use Watercooling, wich would fit in the case, but the front intake with two 120mm fans seems to be blocked by the Drive Cage and the front panel. Is there an other nice looking but mainly solid build and with fit for an ATX Board Case. If so, wich one? The internal Hardware for my new Build: CPU: Intel Core i7 4790k Graphics: Asus R9 290 Mainboard: Gigabyte GA Z97X Gaming RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB Kit PSU: Corsair RM 650 Watt Watercooler: Coolermaster Nepton 240M Thanks for your answers. Greetings
