  1. please read the complete post before you comment. They responded after 10 hours, after the creation of a new ticket mentioning the first. Their last response was 20 hours ago, the deadline for the 'fix' has already passed. Which for a company, claiming that their average response time is 30 minutes, is not acceptable. Good thing you never had an issue, cause if you ever have one, you are going to have a bad time.
  2. This is to warn everyone interested in buying from g2play.com A few days ago, I ordered a game key from this site; The key they sent me was a duplicate. First off, they claim that their average response time is 30min 24/7. I opened a ticket at their support desk. After sending the required screenshots it took them a full 10 hours to respond, stating that the problem was with one of their resellers. Did I mention I had to create a second ticket, to draw attention to my original one? They just ignored it, it seems. Anyway, they responded saying it would be fixed in 24 hours, if not, I had to contact them again. 6 hours before the deadline, I reminded them saying I was expecting my working key before the deadline. It is now two hours past that deadline. They have not responded in 24 hours, although I updated my ticket three times. If you want to buy something cheap, buy your games from another webstore. update: After 48 hours of silence, they send a new key and a mystery (steam) gift. Lesson learned; they will make it up to you, but it can take 3-4 days without you knowing what will happen.
