  1. GPU2 core clock fluctuates up and down where as GPU1 stays at a constant 1000 MHz
  2. Wouldn't it not be related to crossfire or drivers if I was testing each card all alone on my system? The fact that the gpu that's acting up is also running 14 degrees hotter than the other is making me wonder if it's a mechanical problem.
  3. Hey guys, I just removed each card and tested them individually on heaven benchmark, here are the results! GPU1 FPS:30.3 Score:764 GPU2 FPS:28.7 Score:723 And here are what the charts say on MSI afterburner. Note the pretty drastic tempature difference.
  4. ULPS is already disabled, one thing that i noticed is when i up the power limit anywhere from +10-+20 percent, the core clock doesn't dip down any more, but the card gets up to 90 degrees.
  5. Hey everyone, ive just started noticing recently that whenever im in a game or benchmark, my second video cards core clock speed dips down. I've seen it go as low as 500 MHz. I've attached a snip of Msi afterburner after running unigine heaven for a few minutes. any ideas whats going on? I have two Gigabyte Windforce 7950's.
  6. Wow works great! Game runs at a constant 60fps. Even bumped up some of the settings to ultra instead of high. Thanks for the help.
  7. CPU: Intel Core i7 950 @ 3.07Ghz GPU: 2x Gigabyte Radeon 7950 HD Windforce Edition GPU Core: 1000MHz GPU Memory: 1250MHz Average FPS: 59.6 Score: 2495 Setting: 1920x1080 Extreme HD I was really expecting more out of this set up. Anybody know what the spikey GPU usage is about?
  8. And I already have ULPS disabled through MSI Afterburner.
  9. I'll give that a try tomorrow morning and see from there. I'll be fine with the most current drivers though right?
  10. Hey everyone, I know I'm a little late seeing as I've been reading forums about this problem from 2013, but I was wondering if anyone knows how to get call of duty ghosts to run properly with a crossfire setup. I have two 7950 windforce editions and I get better fps with one card disabled. There has always been a ton of lag since I got my second card and it's been buggin me. It's been a couple years and there must be some fix by now right? I have all updated drivers and my crossfire seems to be working with no problems. I can run Battlefield 4 at an average of 120 fps. If anybody has some tips or ideas I would be happy to hear them!
  11. When I run valley I usually get a max framerate of 114 and a minimum of 24. Is it normal for it to fluctuate so much? I'm running crossfire 7950's at 1000/1250. Posting on a phone right now
