  1. None at that price. Laptops in Bulgaria are so overpriced, that I'm basically forced to buy used and I can't be as picky as I'd like. There is also a Razer blade 2015 (970m), but I feel like it's too old at that point. How about a Yoga 720 - https://www.lenovo.com/us/en/laptops/yoga/700-series/Yoga-720-15/p/88YG7000828 for 940? Is it worth the price difference?
  2. I'll look around and come back to you, give me a minute.
  3. HP Omen 15 (2018) - i5-8300H, GTX1050 4GB, 8GB RAM, 1 TB HDD 7200 rpm, 256GB NVMe SSD, 70Wh battery https://support.hp.com/bg-en/document/c06055322 for 860 USD* or Lenovo Y520 - i7-7700HQ, GTX1060 Max-Q 6GB, 8GB RAM, 1 TB HDD, 256GB SATA SSD, 45Wh battery https://www.amazon.co.uk/Lenovo-Legion-Laptop-Memory-GeForce/dp/B07B3C5LTJ/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1536015245&sr=8-1&keywords=y520+1060+max-q for 890 USD* My main concerns are the small battery of the Lenovo and the fact that I can't seem to find any info on the quality of either laptop's display. I am going to uni soon and I am not quite sure whether the Lenovo will last throughout the day with its small battery. Which one would you choose if you had to buy one for yourself? *converted from BGN
  4. https://support.hp.com/bg-en/document/c06055322 for 700$ worth? Don't really intend on gaming 24/7, just a future-proof laptop that can run high-end games decently to bring to uni.
  5. @r2724r16 One more quick question, would you say that https://www.acer.com/ac/en/ZA/content/model/NH.GM4EA.002 (1050M not Ti, no SSD) is a much better choice for 150 USD more?
  6. Can't find anything recent that fits the same budget and still performs well. The ones I'm considering are around 560 USD used in almost mint condition. If you have any recommendations, shoot.
  7. I'll keep it nice and short and get straight to the point. http://psref.lenovo.com/Detail/Lenovo_Laptops/Lenovo_Y50_Y50_Touch?M=59440644 (i7 4720HQ, GTX960M, IPS FHD, 16GB RAM, 512 SSD Samsung 850 Pro ; no HDD variant) vs https://www.asus.com/ROG-Republic-Of-Gamers/ROG-G551JW/specifications/ (i7 4720HQ, GTX960M, IPS FHD, 8GB RAM, 1TB 5400 HDD + 128 SSD M.2 variant) I'm interested in the package as a whole: design, battery performance, portability, screen and sound quality, etc. The Lenovo seems like the better choice to me with 8gb ram more and a 512gb SSD, and it ends up being 30 bucks cheaper. JBL speakers sound like clickbait but probably still better than rog's. Though I read somewhere that the screen has like 64% sRGB coverage... Hope it was just a case of miscalibration. The only thing that puts me off is the GAMEResque look and huge bezels. It screams cringe imo.
  8. I have the weirdest issue. When alt-tabbing/going fullscreen and back on youtube, colors shift from rgb to blue/yellow tones and it's like a flicker, it goes away almost instantly but long enough to irritate me. Any thoughts?
  9. Will have it in mind, thanks!
  10. But in any case, it's better than Rival 100's, right? Because that's what I was thinking of buying before I saw the new 110. They wouldn't advertise a 1:1 tracking if that wasn't true, I think.
  11. Well the mouse I've had for almost 7 years now is Razer Naga, that went to 3 RMAs, while others with nagas don't have any issues, so I think you've been unlucky with a defect model like I've been with my naga. I on the other hand have heard only great things about Steelseries.
  12. Does anyone here know anything about the new Rival 110? More specifically, how well does its sensor perform and is there a better alternative for the price of 40$?
  13. How much should I allocate for Windows if I were to partition? 1TB drive.
  14. It has probably been asked many times before but I've looked at the last 20 pages of search and couldn't find exactly what I need to know. So, my question is - is it better to have a separate partition for your OS and your files or to have everything on the same partition? I have only 1 drive and looking to clean update to 1703 while wiping everything. Any performance to gain or just convenience to lose? Thanks!
