  1. I love you That fixed it! Thank you!
  2. 3-4% Edit: It drops to 0% for a few from time to time, I assume chrome is causing those few bits of usage. I find the BIOS risky, that's my red line, pardon me.
  3. Nope.
  4. I've tested in what I believe is the least intense environment in Battlefield 4, the testing range, the average FPS was 70-80, CPU temp peaked at 65 C, GPU temp peaked at 70 C (10 degrees below the target, 80 C). OSD is acting up and won't load up on Battiefield 4 at the moment but I have looked around the temps with my 2nd screen, max CPU temp so far was 65 C, no thermal throttling. I don't think that anything is downclocked, not certain however :\ I don't use 8x MSAA, I use the Ultra preset, it uses 4x MSAA. I don't really like messing with the BIOS. I do use the stock CPU cooler, I do plan to switch over to a liquid cooling system for the CPU sometime later. As stated above it only peaked at 65 C. I'm still trying to get OSD to work so I could throw a screenshot I guess.
  5. Updated right after I sent it, my bad. I do tend to have some background tasks but I have tested it with a couple of fresh starts (restarted the computer and the only thing I started up was the game), it still had the same avg. FPS
  6. Yep, latest drivers. I've tested both singleplayer and multiplayer, both seem to average at the same 60-70 range. For CPU temps I'll have to check it again, for GPU I believe that it doesn't go above 70 C. It is at 100% Full specs: CPU: Intel i7-4790k @ stock clock (4.0GHz, 4.4GHz at boost) GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 980 SC ACX 2.0 RAM: 12GB DDR3 @ 1600MHz Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H97M-D3H Harddrives: 500GB system drive, 3TB drive for games/most software. Power supply: Corsair CX750 OS: Windows 8.1 x64
  7. Less than a month ago I bought a brand new computer with EVGA GeForce GTX 980 SC ACX 2.0 and Intel i7-4790k. Now the performance is great no doubt about that, but when I compare my FPS to other results and benchmarks in games like Battlefield 4, my card's performance seems to be far off. I am running Battlefield 4 on 1080p on the highest settings and I get around 60 to 70 FPS, while results from other people seem to average at around 100-110. What could be the issue? I would also appreciate if users with the same card could post their avg. FPS. Thanks in advance for any help!
