I put in the ram sticks and all i got is a beeping noise coming from my PC and I couldn't get it to boot into bios

Hi there, I'm just wondering if I have a 16GB(Dual Channel Kit) or DDR3 ram running at 1866mhz and I add Another 16Gb running at 1600mhz If I under clock the 1866 Ram to 1600 if both ram kits will work together to allow me to have 32GB of Ram

Australian Internet at it's finest ( I cry every day at my speeds)

I have a 250GB ssd,16gb of ram and a gtx 970, i was about to start streaming but i dont have the internet speeds to do it (2.5 down and 0.6 up <-- shitty AUS internet)

I own a i5 4590 and I got a deal to buy a i7 4770 for $70(AUS) or $50(US) is it worth it to buying and upgrading. I do light editing and gaming on my PC.

I can launch but if i'm connected to the internet i will just freeze on the social club screen
