Does this psu have these types of known issues? Sorry for not mentioning this earlier but it worked fine for a week.

Can I use a Psu jumper to see if it works, incase I dont have a Voltage meter?

I dont have any information on my friends case but he says that it keeps shutting off after a few seconds. He told me that he has check all the power connections and that they are alright. What could possibly be going wrong?
