Getting a motherboard with a Intel Core i7-4770K and i will be OC so i wanted to know what is a good motherboard for that. ​I Can spend around $200

But that has 4 cores and normal 3.5 Ghz. I'm a little confused because AMD FX-8350 has 8 and 4.0 normal so?! :D

Going for a quite pc so thats why its air cooling. Do you recommend anything better than the Noctua air cooler around the same price?

I want to get Window 8 because it gets better fps on newer games, around 10 more fps. Also its the same price Thanks:D

Yeah thats what im doing :D I'm putting only my os and some windows 8 apps on there :D if i had a bigger ssd i would but those programs on there i'm just getting a 120g. Also would it be ok if i put like BF3 on there?
