Since my upgrade to my fancy 4k setup I have a couple games that are displaying an odd glitch....on the left side of the screen I get a bar the height of the screen that flashes different colors and it crops whatever game it does it in. It doesn't go it in all games...but the games it does do it to are slightly.....aged....Mass Effect 3, SWTOR...any ideas?
So I have had a longing lately to go back and replay Mass Effect again...all the games open no problems there...my problem is with my shiny 4k setup each game has its own unique graphical....issues...Mass Effect 3 has rather headache inducing flickers....Mass Effect 1 I could honestly have 4 copies open and play 4 way split screen...are there a ways to get these games to understand my hardware enough to be playable?
Do I have to start using smaller words?? EVERYTHING IS WORKING. Windows is being a dumb%$#@. The keyboard, mouse, speakers, headset and monitor are FINE. Thanks for telling me throw out my $200 keyboard though.
Great and when I isolate the problem and it is still broken....then what...? I will still have the same issue. If this was a go get the drivers for my razer mouse issue it would be solved....I did that....at the beginning of the headache and I won't be asking for help.
Everything seem to working fine....I also have a ton plugged in by USB and I keep getting a "Unrecognized US Device" error out of Windows....which I would be ignoring if it was possible but I keep getting the USB connected/disconnected sound....like in groups 20 or so. It is on the headache inducing side of annoying. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall whatever the crap it is...unplugging and plugging things back in....still have a headache. Ideas...please...?
So just got my computer all back together...had it in the living room so decided to check if it was happy and plugged it in the TV with an HDMI cable to the TV....after Windows says hi I picked it up and carried it in to my computer room. Plugged everything in and my monitor says no signal. So I am making the assumption that the computer didn't die in the 20 feet required to move it. So my first question is does the 1080 have a possible displayport issue? Plugged into the TV with HDMI and into the monitor with DP.
Well ok. Two part question then if you were going to SLI 1080s what would you get? And are you going to make me get waterblocks to make it work with my loop?
Ok....time for really specific question....will a EK-FC Bridge TRIPLE Serial CSQ Plexi work with..... https://www.amazon.com/MSI-GTX-1080-SEA-HAWK/dp/B01IBOFNBC
Well besides it means waiting for the Ti (when I am not gaming because of the waiting....wait ins harder ) getting a Ti it would probably be one right away then maybe lead to 2 but the 1080 I would just get 2 and install them together.
