Ahh ok I got a 2TB hdd that has windows 8 I might just use that as my second hdd and buy like a 500GB one and install windows on that, and also I am looking to maybe overclock my cpu and gpu if I need any more boost

Hi Guys, I am currently stuck on trying to finalise the parts for the PC of my dream, however I would like to get some experts point of view on the parts list that I have on PC part Pickers. Before we get to that the PC will be used for Recording and Rendering videos in 1080P and maybe even higher also I would like to play minecraft with shaders and record at the same time using facecam, also be able to stream with out the computer being slow, also the games I would like to play on it are Minecraft, DayZ, Farcry 4 and Others. If you guys think i should change anything then please let me know. I am looking to run around 2 monitors maybe even 3 but I am not sure but for the resolution I would say 1080p is good for 2 monitors or maybe even 3, However I do not need a mouse or monitor or keyboard and I do not need windows as I all ready have one that my bother didn't use.
