Can you send me the motherboard you use? As well as any information like volts on how you managed to get it to 4.2 on a stock fan? Can you also show me the temperature it runs at when you overlock it with a stock fan?

I was just wondering I was gonna get 1600mhz ram, but the CPU only supports 1333mhz ram so will it go down automatically by its self? The build is a budget ish build, but I'm using the Intel as a filler before I upgrade to the i5. I was just wondering does anyone know the best atx motherboard for the intel pentium g3258 costing between £50-£80.

The only other reason I went with the 750w as I went to get everything on Amazon using prime. The 600w doesn't use prime and the price difference is £7 pound which isn't bad in my opinion.

@Fate will I be able to upgrade to an i5/i7 from an G3258 as they both have the same chipset, Haswell?
-
Thanks I will take all these new options into consideration. The only reason I choose to go with the 750w corsair is due me not having to really change it out for a very long period of time. The reason for the ssd was that I have an external hard drive for mass storage. The ssd from 120gb to 250gb price difference is only £20. The graphics card I'm actually going to choose is the r9 280 on amazon for £135. So is the i3 a lot better then the Intel Pentium?

Build A: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/YC44wP Build B: The same as build A but with a AMD FX - 6300 and a msi 970a-g43 (http://uk.msi.com/product/mb/970AG43.html#hero-overview)%C2'> . They would both come at a similar price range, which is the most I can spend. Which build would be better for the long term e.g. upgradability, as well as how good they are now for the games I play. The games I'm mostly going to play is World of Warcraft, some steam games like Assassin Creed and Dragon Ball Z Xenoverse. And maybe photoshop every so often.

In my opinion the games I would be playing most is World of Warcraft, some steam games like Counterstrike, Assassin Creed and the new Dragonball z Xenoverse game.

I was just wondering I'm building a budget computer of about £530 worth of components, it can be slightly more if it has. I was just wondering for a budget build should I use a AMD Fx - 6300 or a Intel Pentium G3258. What motherboard should I use for them? If anyone could recommend a whole computer build using PCPARTPICKER it would greatly appreciated, but can you please keep the pricing for the United Kingdom, as in the USA the prices are a lot cheaper. Thank you

MOBO Choice - I need help (First build)

I was then just wondering would you be able to recommend me the best computer for about £600 (including the OS), as I'm not allowed to spend anymore money on a gaming computer. I would want to spend more but the parents do not understand. -
MOBO Choice - I need help (First build)

I want a full atx motherboard as in the future I want to be able to upgrade it the system to 2 graphic cards. -
The final computer build I want to build will be: Here is the link to the end goal build: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/Nx6QMp The storage is a 250gb ssd samsung At the moment I'm only going to have one GPU. I just added to the second to calculate the watt usage. The motherboard is the main problem as the current one (http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00F5R9O46/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_nS_ttl?_encoding=UTF8&colid=20ZSRNBNCUIB8&coliid=I1OFSWAXZU5413#productDetails), but the main problem is I want to know if it's overpriced and would getting something like this (http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00AQ9CF8K/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_nS_img?_encoding=UTF8&colid=20ZSRNBNCUIB8&coliid=I1M93UODG493B9#productDetails ) would provide all of the same features but at a lower price. Overall, I would want a motherboard that has all of the features that I need it to have and to be reliable, but a cheap price would be optimum. The computer build is just going be some gaming, as I need an improvement from my old Xbox 360, but I want something that I can upgrade over time, so it doesn't become so outdated. Thanks

Thanks for all the help, and would everyone say to go with the r9 280 over the r9 270x?
-
Would 750w be able to support the build if it had 2 r9 280s?
-
Here is the new link: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/RcRvvK The r9 280: http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00IRTXPBM/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_nS_ttl?_encoding=UTF8&colid=20ZSRNBNCUIB8&coliid=I2L3V6C5V1LLZ1

I was just wondering could you look at my computer build and see if its good. Thats the price range I willing to spend, but I might be willing to spend a bit more e.g. 40 pound. The extra WD hd will be bought later; I just wanted a computer build that would allow for expansion over time e.g. adding a 2 graphics card, add more ram. I have found a r9 280 and r9 270x both on sale at similar price ranges. I was wondering what would be the better graphics card? Would I also need to make any other changes? http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/RcRvvK P.S. This is the first time me building a computer. **Updated For about the 560 price range could I get anything better. At the moment I went with a SSD to store the operating systems, web browser etc. As i will just an external hard drive to store photos to start with, I will be getting a wd caviar blue 1 tb shortly after the build is complete though.
