Hi I have been thinking of buying a 4k monitor for quite some time but my graphics card non reference gigabyte hd 7950 3gb supports up to 2560x1600 but some other hd 7950s support 4096x2160 why? Since other hd 7950s can do 4k can mine do aswell? Note that i am not concerned about playing AAA games on it since I have a 1080p benq 1ms i just want it for content creation some movie watching, and light games. The monitor Im currently looking at costs 480 euros so should I get it or get a gtx 970 first?

Hi I recently installed Ubuntu on my pc with a Bootable usb with yum But I wanted to go back to windows because some programs I use don't work properly on Linux even with wine. So I created another Bootable usb with yum but I used windows7 iso .But this time when I selected the usb as the first boot drive it says 'Missing Operating system please insert boot media and click any key'. Note that I didn't change anything in the bios. So what should I Do?

Yes it has two display ports but I dont have the conveter displayport to Hdmi since my monitor doesnt have dp
