Once again, thanks everyone for participating in my survey!
-
Thank you everyone for your contribution, I was able to gather a lot of useful information from everyone's detailed responses that will help me with my year long project. Once again, THANK YOU!

Yes, this is COMPLETELY anonymous from my end. I cannot see anything but the responses. The login is just required for Google's one response per user feature.

Hello everyone! A little less than a year ago, I asked you guys if you could help me out with a year-long project at my school about the use of technology that I was working on. If you guys could please take a couple minutes out of your day to fill out this new survey, it would be VERY much appreciated. Thanks in advance for your time! Have a great day. *Fair note: You may be asked to log into Google because Google Forms offers a one response per person feature which requires a Google login. https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1mrYP9ypMij0Sfs7fjI6rZBIR1qhQZMIgFsW1KpNglGk/viewform?usp=send_form Questions: Is this survey anonymous? Addition: My internet is fine if I plug the connection straight into my computer, but I still need my router to be able to use my school laptop.
-
Well, I'm having a problem with my router, and I was wondering if any of you could help me out. Problem: -No Network Access (even on Ethernet) -No Wifi Transmission My Modem is loading all the lights. However, the "link" light blinks amber when plugged into the router. (Blinks blue with connected to computer) I cannot access my router through router or the ip through a browser. I have tried to reset the router multiple times The router is a few months old I have Motorola modem and a Belkin router. (Specific model numbers when I return to my home) My internet is fine if I plug the connection straight into my computer. Thanks for the help and have a great day!

Anyone have suggestions for peripherals?
-
This actually looks great! Thanks! I'll keep this open to suggestions for other things.
-
Could you cut this down a bit, if possible, by $50 or so? Thanks. **EDIT: I reconsidered streaming, I would need to get a better upload speed for that, also, I mean light video editing, sorry.

Hello everyone, firstly, thank you for your time! Budget (USD): $800-$1000 (Preferably, under $900) Aim: 3D Design, Light Video Editing, Gaming (CS:GO, GTA IV, GTA V (When it comes out), Insurgency, Minecraft, etc.) Monitors: Currently, a 20” 1600x900 VGA monitor. I am planning on eventually having a duel VGA or HDMI setup. (So either buying a duplicate of my current, or 2 new HDMI/VGA) Peripherals: I am planning on getting a Zowie FK1, any suggestions are appreciated. I am planning on keeping my stock keyboard. Any suggestions for a good headset or headphones and mics would be great. I will need a copy of Windows. Why are you upgrading? I am upgrading because my current rig isn’t enough for what I do now. Questions: Would I be able to take my old Optical Drive and put it into the new rig? Would I be able to take my old Hard Drive and put it into the new rig? (Have 2 drives) Is there anything else that I should buy?
