Hello everyone, I was thinking about spending my money on some parts earlier but I decided to save up some more money for a better build. Unfortunately I dont know anything about parts so I need your guy's help. My budget is $650-700$ (Canadian). All i want to do with the build is play games like cSGO and League smoothly without any issues. No need for any monitors, keyboards, mouse, or operating system.

So my little brother asked me to help him with picking parts for a new PC. Unfortunately I dont know anything about computer parts. His budget is around $500-$600 (CAD). The only games he really plays is Minecraft, L4D, League of Legends, CSGO. He wants to be able to run those games as smoothly as possible with the budget he has. No need for peripherals
