  1. I was able to solve my problem. There was actually nothing wrong with the parts are software at all. The CPU power cable had come loose somehow and wasn't situated in the socket properly, causing the CPU to shutoff.
  2. I couldn't find my windows disc but I looked under Event Viewer, and it is showing one thing under Critical: Source: Kernel_Power, Event ID: 41, Log: System. Could this be the problem, if so what can I do to fix it?
  3. There is no error message. The computer just goes black and restarts without any notice. The tempersture is steady at 98f. The PSU and HDD are almost 2 years old. The windows is up to date.
  4. My PC running windows 8 constantly restarts for no reason, even while doing little tasks like web browsing. I have taken it apart and cleaned it of dust, but it still keeps restarting.
