I have a Cougar SL 600 watt power supply and I keep getting these black screens with my Sapphire R7 260x 2GB OC Edition. Don't know if this is my graphics card's fault or my power supply's. Before it was just a random black screen crash. A black screen on my monitor with sound still playing in the background, it can happen anytime whether gaming or not. Now with 14.9 and 14.12 drivers I crash when I play games totally losing signal from monitor, although it rarely happens when I'm not gaming. I gave the benefit of the doubt to my psu because the random black screen crash is a known issue with amd r7 and r9 cards because of it unstable memory clocks and bad drivers. Now I'm thinking it's a power issue. My specs:
