  1. @Notree It's 600 watts so I think it's enough. I haven't encountered any shutdown, just dem black screens. by the way here's the manufacturer's site http://www.cougar-world.com/products/power_supplies/cougar_sl.html and some extras http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817553019
  2. I have a Cougar SL 600 watt power supply and I keep getting these black screens with my Sapphire R7 260x 2GB OC Edition. Don't know if this is my graphics card's fault or my power supply's. Before it was just a random black screen crash. A black screen on my monitor with sound still playing in the background, it can happen anytime whether gaming or not. Now with 14.9 and 14.12 drivers I crash when I play games totally losing signal from monitor, although it rarely happens when I'm not gaming. I gave the benefit of the doubt to my psu because the random black screen crash is a known issue with amd r7 and r9 cards because of it unstable memory clocks and bad drivers. Now I'm thinking it's a power issue. My specs: Operating System Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit CPU Intel Core i3 4130 @ 3.40GHz 36 °C Haswell 22nm Technology RAM 8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 665MHz (9-9-9-24) Motherboard Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. 3. The R7 260x is a buggy card. Its memory clock meter is broken. Try underclocking it
  4. I'm going to the store and buy a LED monitor on monday and I need help picking a brand. HKC N2112 LED MONITOR http://www.hannsg.co...&productId=1009 I don't care if it's IPS, TN or VA. All I need to know is which of the two is reliable so I can decide which one to buy. My budget is fixed and I've narrowed everything down to those two monitors. Please help me, no one's been replying useful information to me these past few days so I really need opinions on those brands. Thank you..
  5. I've narrowed everyting down to availability, location and price. So I have to choose between those 3. I also want to know if it's worth it to transition to 1080p since the monitor I'm planning to buy is 21.5-22 inches from my current 20inch monitor.(small difference) My specs are i3 4130(gonna get i5 in the future), R7 260X, 8GB RAM
