Last two questions Guys, should i go with Gigabyte GA-Z97X-UD5H-BK ATX LGA1150 or stay with my Asus MAXIMUS VII HERO? Also should i change my GPU for: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 980 4GB GDDR5?

@Geekazoid - ok, i've added link to it @ThatCoolBlueKidd - i was thinking about it, but i found opinions that it's much louder and it has a bit high failure rates compared to Noctuna so i'm a bit afraid :unsure:
