Nvm, i found an htc tool that downloaded the rom

So I was trying out some custom roms on my htc one m9 and now when ever I reboot it just takes me to the bootloader. I don't know where to start. I've tried using the htc rom downloader but whenever I use that it fails because it says fastboot has stopped working. Any help is appreciated. (I can't get into recovery mode either)

I updated some drivers and restarted. Pingtest was giving me 31ms and when i went in game, the ping dropped to about 73ms. I no longer experienced any of the problems. Weird, Cs:go was the first game that i've had problems like this with.

I am getting about 90 ping when playing online and I am getting these terrible stutters. I doesn't happen offline so I don't know whats going on.

I would love to overclock my gpu to get some extra performance out of it. When I overclock it, I know I need to look at the temperatures, visual artifacts, and crashing, but do I need to be careful of anything else?

The Binding of Issac Rebirth recently came out and I think it's on sale right now for under $15. It has tons of pick up items that reset each time you play. It's a challenging title that has you coming back for a long time. It also has 2 player local player if you want to try it with a friend.

I have been looking at phones to replace my iphone for a while. I want more user control, so I've been looking at android devices, but recently a lot of windows phones have started appearing in my area. I was wondering what the pros and cons of the mobile windows os is. I like on android how you can just drag and drop a file from your pc to your device, so can you do that on windows phone? More importantly, what are they good at, I know the nokia phones have a good camera and windows does a good job handling your contacts, but is there anything else. On the flip side, I heard the app support was pretty terrible (no google hangouts from when I looked ) I think I'll still get android, but I'm really interested in what they can do.
