  1. I got a blank screen when booting up from the restart but I couldnt re-enable the driver. I noticed it would display the bios and the system repair screen so I booted into safemode and fixed my problem that way. Maybe you can flash your original bios again and go back to normal. This did however work with my Gigabyte mitx 970
  2. I couldn't fit my HDD into the driveway it came with on the ft03 mini so I figured out that I can wedge it onto the side
  3. oh sorry i thought i posted that on reddit
  4. My brother has been complaining that his MacBook Air isn't cutting it for school anymore. I just recently completed my 2nd PC and now I have a spare GA-Z68MA-D2H B3, Gigabyte HD 6850, and a corsair 500w psu. He does do casual gaming like counter strike, and feedthebeast and stuff but it'll be used for school work as well. What do you guys recommend? Also what case? I'm torn between the bitfenix pandora or Corsair air 240

  6. Perhaps it is most likely an airflow issue, when I popped the front panel off and played for 30 minutes it dropped to about 60. I did switch the air penetrator fan for a noctua fan because it was loud, maybe the AP fan will yield different result, I'll try that tomorrow though.
  7. I'm using gigabyte 970 itx GPU and was playing far cry 3 on max settings for about an hour. Afterburner reported that the max temp it got to was 77c. I've never messed with afterburner in the past since my last build was in a big case and there was plenty of air flow I didn't worry, but now that I'm using a tiny case(ft03 mini) I figured I should check things out. As soon as I saw 77 I popped the front panel off of my case. Here's my build if it helps(http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3znVCJ) Should I be concerned? Any recommendations?
  8. Im not sure if this post belongs here, but I have a question regarding the H60. I just got everything in the mail except for my psu, so I figured I'd get things started and start installing everything onto the motherboard, etc. I am reusing an i5 2500k so I wiped off the old thermal compound, and applied new compound but, I noticed that the H60 has a compound pad on it. Should I wipe away the newly applied compound from my cpu and just install the h60? It might be a dumb question but it's only my second build, I've never don't water cooling before
  9. Depends on the game and my mood. I was mostly a console gamer so I love sitting back and using a controller for gaming as much as I can.
  10. Wow that was a quick response thanks
  11. So I'm planning to order parts for this build on the 25 which is payday I'm really excited to work with this case. Anyways, I'll be reusing an i5-2500k and corsair vengeance 2x 4gb ram from an old build. I'm a heavy gamer, I play a lot of feedthebeast, battlefield, etc. so I'm having trouble deciding on what graphics card I should get. Here's my build so far ( http://pcpartpicker.com/p/kbgcNG ) with an Asus GeForce gtx 760 Mini but it's kinda pricey, any suggestions on my gpu or build?
