  1. Daaaamn, is there a date on this?
  2. I agree, just afraid that the matte finish might peel after a while.
  3. do you have the black matte one or the shiny white one?
  4. Damn, the button layout on the side looks awesome, can't wait to try this out! ;D
  5. That's the one I was thinking of, but I want some more options to choose between. Razer's software and build quality has left a pretty bad taste in my mouth. But it's on my list of contenders.
  6. I'm getting a new mouse. Right now i'm using the Razer Naga, but it's reached the end of it's life span and I need to find a new mouse to use. After having used an MMO mouse for almost 3 years I cannot imagine going back to a standard mouse. So yeah, which MMO mice on today's market are worth considering? I want to order 3-4, try them out and send back the 2-3 that I don't want. As for preferences: the more buttons the merrier, preferably something larger than the Naga.
  7. I have an old PC ~5 years old. My GPU recently died so I need a new graphics card. I'm afraid of buying a card and having it be bottlenecked. I don't think it will be an issue, but I don't have money to waste on unnecessarily powerful components. If you have any experience with combining a modern GPU with an old build then I'd be really thankful for your input. Things like compatibility issues i don't think should be a problem, but again, I'm not sure. Right now I'm looking at either a 760 or 750ti. Specs: MoBo: Asus Rampage II Extreme Intel X58 Chipset CPU: Intel® CoreT i7-920 2.66GHz RAM: 6GB Kingston HyperX Triple Channel 1600MHz Low Latency PSU: 910W Silencer PPCS910 OS: Windows 7 64bit Professional If you need to know any other specs besides these then feel free to ask and I'll add them.
  8. Thanks, does touching the case of a PC that's already on ground me? I assume it does, just want to be 100% sure. ^-^
  9. I don't want to accidentally damage my case so I thought of maybe building my PC on a giant cloth mouse mat. Would that be a terrible idea?
  10. This question doesn't need to be specific for the HD650s, I'm asking kind of in general. How bad is the sound leakage for open headphones. I'm not concerned about hearing other things around me, what I'm wondering is how much sound would a microphone on a desk ~1 foot away from me be picking up from my headphones. I want to be able to be on skype with people and not have it sound like I'm playing with speakers on. It annoys the crap out of me when I hear other people sound, so I don't want to be hypocritical and put others through it.
  11. Is 1600MHz Ram really worth it over 1333MHz, I'm under the impression that it doesn't do much at all. I switched the Noctuas out for Be Quiet! fans which brought me down the same price as the SP120s and AF140. As for the PSU I switched over to the OCZ Fatal1ty 750W, sounds and looks a little cheezy but is supposed to be good for the money at 130$.
  12. Yeah, I was afraid a single 780 wouldn't cut it. I don't need to max everything out so I'm content with a single for now. I'll have enough for another one 2-3 months from now if I really want more power. ^-^
  13. Oh, I'm so sorry, you're right! But it kind of messes up my cooling solution since it doesn't support a 240 rad up top. If I go for air cooling in the end though, this might be the case I go for. ^-^
  14. Yeah I'm a little concerned about the noctua fans ruining the look. I'm looking at the Be quiet! shadow wings 120mm Mid and 140mm. I save ~40$ so that's great. ^-^ I can't get the H220 though, the only way I can get it is to ship it from the UK which will set me back 233$ tax and shipping included compared to the H100i at 148$. I switched from the Be quiet! power zone 650 to the OCZ Fatal1ty 750W. It has a cheezy light effect but it might look kinda cool with the rest of my build. ;/
