    When I plug in the display to the gpu in the broken PCIe slot the monitor dosent show anything, its just a black screen.

    So I just moved from the US to Brazil, and the day before my move I tested my PC to make sure everything worked properly, everything did. So when I arrived, I figured out that my 2 way SLI isn't working, so after hours upon hours of testing I manage to determine that both GPUs are working fine (I did this by plugging my monitor on to both GPUs, while in the working PCI slot) but whichever happens to be on the PCI slot below it does not register. So my question is: is my PCI slot broken or something (although I'm fairly sure this is a software issue), and how can I go about fixing my build? (Keep in mind that I have 3 PCI slots the one working is at the top, and the one malfunctioning is directly below it, however, the PCI slot at the bottom, I am unable to use because it has wires next to it unabling me to plug anything into it, and the wires are also unmovable, and also because my SLI cable does not reach that far) Here is my build- http://pcpartpicker.com/user/Firestarter113/saved/Ktcyp...     Title is pretty self-explanatory. So, does anyone have praise/thoughts/opinions/warnings on the EVGA GeForce GTX 980 4GB Classified?

    Keep in mind this is completely opinion based. I just wanted to see the public general consensus as to what the absolute best (in your opinion) gaming monitor would be. PS: I personally would say its the Asus ROG Swift, but I'm not entirely sure due to the fact that BenQ's XL2720T is also great and in a lower price.

    Wow, thats kind of disgusting. Never heard of asus having customer support that bad. Thank you, I will definately take that into account

    So I'm planning on running two of these monstrosities Asus STRIX-GTX980-DC2OC-4GD5, and was wondering if anybody had any warnings, opinions, or information on them before I make it official....

    Thank you for trying to help, but since I am completely new to building PC's I wouldn't be comfortable enough to build a water cooling system. Also, the case and board are the sort of things I don't really want to touch. However, I'm completely open to changes in: the CPU, CPU Cooler (as long as its not a water cooler), the Storage, the Ram, the Power Supply, and the GPU as long as it stays 2-way SLI with GTX 980's.

    Is there a reason why you suggested the i7-4790K rather than the i7-5820K?

    it already has that, as very high priced "that" and according to Linus tech tips, one of the best monitors for gaming out there. (Link should be working)
