  1. Recently I've been having lag when playing games online with a buddy using the same router and I wanted to upgrade. I am currently using the old Asus Rt-n10. I have about 15 clients in my house and I thought a nice dual band router would help so I am planning to buy the Asus ac68u. But I am unsure about its stability read on a few forums that the connection drops out sometimes. Is this just a matter of old firmware and am I being too para oid or is it really unstable. In that case is it better to go for the netgear r7000 or something else?
  2. I've recently bought a controller for my PC to play MK, however I've noticed this horrible bug that keeps happening. Every time I put a bit of pressure on either the right or left keys of the D-pad the controls make me go either up or down as well as going either left or right. I am not sure if this is with all controllers or mine just sucks. Are you meant to tap the d-pad keys lightly? Here is the model just in case you're wondering: http://www.exeq.ru/produkcija/gejmpady/platforma-pc/pc-phantom-wr.html First time I've used a controller on PC and not the best experience
  3. The NH-C14 is worse, I've installed both before, but on different computers.
  4. It isn't available in my country. The only Cryorig thats out there is the R1 Ultimate, but for that cash I'd better be of just getting a D-14
  5. I've a fx-8320 (OC 4.0GHz) and a MSI R9 280 which generate a rather decent amount of heat. Along with the horrid mobo MSI 970 Gaming. I've had the NH-c14 for about a year now, and what really bothers me about it is its downwards air flow. I've wanted to change the air cooler to something that shall push the air entirely out of the case through the back, however I wasn't sure if the performance would really differ. I don't want to spend any funds on something like a Noctua NH-D14, but I thought about the Hyper 212 EVO. Its had a pretty solid reputation for the past years, and its price is just glorious. Noise is obviously a concern, if I were to upgrade to anything big. So what do you fellas think? Should I go with the Hyper 212 or stick with the C14 or go with something else? Maybe invest into some cheap watercooling? LIke the Maelstorm 120?
  6. But if you had this choice you would rather go for it? http://www.seasonicusa.com/M12II-Bronze.htm
  7. But why? Most PSU don't fail, so quality is rarely the problem. They are a lot more expensive too. But the thing I care about most, are they quiet?
  8. Marketing techniques have gone out of hand!
  9. I am stuck in a decision between two PSU and was wondering if anyone had them or knows about them to inform me of the better choice. The two choices are; Cooler Master G650M - (650W) Or Fractal Design Integra M - (650W) They are both modular, have 120mm fans, same amount of Wattage, same certification. But which one is QUIETER? Does anyone know?
  10. This is how most PSU airflow works. The In (blue arrow) part is usually mounted at the bottom, while the exhaust part (red arrow) is usually at the back of a case.
  11. I should've specified that I that I would really prefer a Windows Tablet.
  12. I've been wondering is there any tablet around 300 USD that is actually worth it. What for? Mostly for office work such as using dem internetz (chrome) somewhat extensively, Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, etc... What am I worried about? Mostly the comfort of using touch screen and viewing angles and other such things. Is a tablet or a "transformer book" worth it when the budget is that small. Or shall it, if bought, become more of a bother rather than a time saver. I am planning to switch from a laptop to a tablet for most work so I am wondering if it is a worthy investment.
  13. I've got all the data I need and here are the averages for different types of diets: (Don't worry this is scientifically horribly inaccurate due to lack of sufficient controlled variables) (In planets) No diet: 2.852 Lacto-ovo vegetarian: 3.536 Vegan: 9.590 Raw-eater: 3.522 Pescetarian: 3.652
  14. Obviously this survey has a ton of problems, it does account for like a gazilion things but never the less it works for me and, at the same time it is rather interesting to see how low a score a normal person can get. So far the rough average seems to be around 2 planets per person. Edit: The real average so far is 3.5 planets.
  15. Yea I'd agree with that, when I said 'muricans I meant their gov.
