I'm in need of help with something, I have a Corsair CX 430w PSU and a friend of mine who recently upgraded game me his Sapphire 7950 Dual X, and I was wondering if my set up as of now could run it.

I know that the CX430w only has 1 6+2pin PCI-E but thats why I'm asking will I be able to run it because I can go and buy a molex to 6pin PCI-E thanks for the help!
