I'm no expert, but it sounds like a slow mobile network. I started having that problem after T-mobile cut my data speeds in half. Do you have access to fast wifi? you could try sending it there to find out for sure. -

do you have 4G or 4G LTE coverage in your area? if you don't then downloads might be taking awhile just because 3G standards aren't really fast enough for efficient photo/video transfer. -
I would recommend a phone with 4G capabilities in this day and age. hopefully 4G LTE. I think that the Moto G is a much better budget device. higher res, newer specs etc. http://www.motorola.com/us/shop-all-mobile-phones-1/Moto-G/moto-g-pdp.html

What do you mean? They aren't at a loss, AMD made a profit last quarter. What bad business decisions is AMD making?

umm, I think you are over-simplifying the market. AMD beat expectations somewhat, but they also predicted a significant revenue drop. Which is what most stock forecasters predicted is the reason for the stock decline. Apple on the other hand has been a little shotty these past few years. There are a lot of reasons for it to go down. For instance more bad news on it's smartphone market share, the fact that revenue didn't grow despite several product refreshes, etc. Positive ERs aren't the only thing deciding stock price.

ram and ram speed are generally pretty important for higher res rendering. definitely get a card with more than >2GB. I think a flagship card might be necessary, the r9-290(x) supposedly does excellent at 4K. probably due to it's ram speed

it's really hard to give a definite answer to this question. It is highly dependent on the cpu intensivity of the game and how the game is coded. Certain operations can favor single threaded performance, while others favor multi-core configurations (like battlefield for instance) Games with intensive physics will probably be somewhat bottlenecked, but I don't think you will see much difference in most games. You will see improvement with any sort of GPU upgrade. you will also see an improvement with a better processor (though probably a smaller one) bottom line: Impossible to say for sure, but a fx-6300 won't stop a r9-290 from being an absolute beast
