I want to buy the counter strike complete bundle. if I buy it, I already ave csgo, will it allow me to gift the extra copy of csgo to someone else, or a different account, at a later date?

I have an issue in csgo where if i miss my first shot i just hold down my mouse and keep spraying. Is there a way to make it so one mouse click, even if held down, only registers one shot, so i have to click again for a second shot?

hell yeah. same kind of cores as a 4790k which have hit 5gHz before.

i was wondeing if it would make my stream better if i were to buy a capture card and stream with my laptop and game on my desktop (dual pc streaming setup) or to buy a new cooler for my CPU and overclock it around 4.7-5gHz. i use the veryfast preset right now, and i was wondering which i would be able to encode slower with. cpu in desktop is g3258 if i was to dual stream it would use an i5-2450m dual core to stream. based on benchmarks the g3258 shits on the 2450m because the g3258 has 60% faster cores.

but will it help me to encode slower when i overclock? i thought that bennifeted from more cores rather than core speed. thats why i was asking cuz i wasnt sure

first off i dont know where i would post this. there should be a thread for "recording/streaming". also, i need to know which capture card would be best for PC to PC streaming. I know of elgato and avermedia, but does the AGPTEK one work just as well? what are others?

if i get an elgato capture card, and hook up a laptop with a 4 core 8 thread 2670MQ, and my main rig with a g3258 @ 4.0gHz, and i game on my g3258 rig and stream from my 2670MQ laptop, will the laptop 2670MQ be able to encode everything on the slow preset with OBS? or at least "slower" preset? all it will be doing is encoding so thats the only load it will have. i was wondering if this sort of dual rig where i can use the laptop on the go but then use it for something practical at home would work. or should i just get a 4690k or 4790k for my main rig and stream only off of that?

I have 24mbps download speed, and when i download a game on steam it never goes above 2mbps. Why is this? It isnt capped and i usually have nothing using internet running in the background.

It may be the router, considering its just the normal at&t uverse one that they gave us. I will try getting a new one

when i try to stream CS:GO to twitch my ping skyrockets, i stream at 1800 bitrate and downscale to 800-450 resolution at 30fps, i have 24mbps download and 2-3 upload. i shouldnt have my ping this high. please tell me all ways to lower my ping in csgo while streaming. thanks.
