Hey im looking for a new high end monitor for gaming, budget isnt really an issue, I was looking at possibly a 4K monitor but I am not sure if my R290 (soon to be 2 of those) would run a ROG SWIFT PG278Q for instance. Any advice?

Hi Guys, IVe a R290 (planning on getting a 2nd one) Im trying to decide on a monitor for either 2 or 3 way setup and cant decide on either a 144hz or 60hz ips pannel. This will be for 90% gaming. Ive read people have issues running the 144hz monitors with amd cards and would appreicate any feedback people can give me!
