  1. Thank you very much for the tip with completed listings! Havent used ebay much so I am quite unfamiliar with the interface, I will look into that! I am selling the PC not necessarily for the money(I usually gift my old PC to a family member), I wanted to gift it to my brother but he has a baby on the way and doesn't need/want it as his current PC satisfies his needs. I will be selling the whole PC, I will give a Wide LG Monitor with it as well though that one is for free to take with it. Thank you again for the help!
  2. Hey! Sorry I could have mentioned that! Living in Luxembourg, probably selling it in Germany though not a big market in my tiny country
  3. Thank you for your response I will check that out!
  4. Hello there! I will be selling my PC with has the following components as listed below. Unsure I am about how to price the thing, could you guys help me out? The thing is if I look for example at listings for a 3090 i find such a big difference in pricing same for other parts. I dont want to offer an horrendous price like thise weird prices on Facebook Marketplace and such. The PC is still in good conditions, parts are 4 years old except the 3090 is newer. What would be a realistic and good deal for this? I also went with the 2k Monitor version as the budget allowed it and added 2 SSD's, he already has a HDD. Swapped the CPU as well as I saw a deal for that one! Would this be a good setup? Or rather would this all work together? It appears so but just wanted to be sure^^ THANK YOU again for your help!! Kind regards, CawCaw
  6. Hey there! Hope you guys are doing well on a Sunday! I am planning on building a new PC for a family member(my gramps who is still actively editing photos) who had an old PC(prob 10 years old) and now as the thing has died wants to get a new one. It will be mainly used for Photo editing and no gaming at all. Budget (including currency): 1.000 € - 1.500 € This is the budget he gave that he is willing to spend. Country: Luxembourg (Amazon.de is where i prefer to buy the parts from if possible) Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Photoshop, Video editing, etc. No real gaming. Nothing professional he does it as a hobby! Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I want to include a monitor if possible that is good for photo editing i dont have much experience there myself so I hope you guys can help! I thank you in advance for your help! Kind regards, CawCaw
  7. Budget (including currency): 2000 € Country: Luxembourg (German Amazon) Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Mostly for games, occasional work to be done Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): https://pcpartpicker.com/list/WmYsz7 Hey there! I got a friend of mine which wants a gaming PC and the budget is around 2000€ max. As the GPU market still seems fucked up price wise that was the main problem^^ I choose the following items on PCPartPicker as they should be on amazon cause this is where he is planning to order the parts from. Is there anything you would change? Or a problem you might consider that I havent realized? https://pcpartpicker.com/list/WmYsz7 Thanks in advance for the answers! Best regards!
  8. OP here, no clue if the guy favors accustics tbh ^^
  9. As far as I know no. its not for me but i asked the person and they said no. So no gaming
  10. Hello! Preferably no slow loading times, the budget can be used even if less money can get sth that does the job Budget (including currency): 500 € - 700 € Country: Luxembourg (Europe, next to Germany) Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Youtube Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): Enough SSD space to not worry about it for keeping lots of pictures, Videos etc.
  11. Yeah making backups more frequently is probably the way to go. I have tried nearly every method I found on forums and google so I fucked myself up^^ Thanks for the responses though!
  12. Mhh no way I can know for sure i assume? Some data I need quite badly are on there but hell, whats done is done sadly
  13. Yeah tested it on another device it still didnt show anything worthwhile sadly....
  14. Hey everyone! So what happened to me yesterday is that my USB stick with all my work stuff on it was inside my PC while there was an electricity shutdown. Now it recognizes it as follows: I tried quite a few things, looked up in forums etc. Things I tried: Reinstalling drivers, unplugging everything, tried on another PC without success, doublechecked if the usbstor.inf was on my PC It seems to always usse usb.inf instead of usbstor.inf everytime I let it update drivers manually. Doess anybody know any other solution? I havve some stuff on there that I need and I didnt upload anything to my Onedrive for a bit of time sadly....
  15. Hi everyone! Hope you all doing fine and you arent getting bored in any way! I am not really much an expert in audio so I wanted to know what would be better for my HD660S Sennheiser Headset? I have a Asus Xonar SE soundcard as well as a Sennheiser GSX 1200 Pro. My question would be what should i connect the Headset to? I play lots of games but also listen to a lot of music. Here are the products in question: Asus Xonar SE soundcard: https://amzn.to/2xjnf2X Sennheiser GSX 1200 Pro : https://amzn.to/3bcTvDq I thank you in advance for your help! Stay healthy!
  16. Budget is around 700 €. So I assume that most not too expensive monitors should be within that range?
  17. For 4k I always think that one gtx 2080ti isnt really enough? Wont the frames drop below 60 fps?
  18. Alright I realize I really didnt specify on any budget! So my Max budget for the Monitor would be around 700 bucks. That is the Max though! I play quite a lot of shooters (Escape from Tarkov, Siege, etc.) so probably the refresh rate would be quite important I assume. 1440p with 144hz would be my preference I think, is there anything particular I gotta look out for?
  19. Good day Sirs and Ladies! I wanted to know what would be the best monitor to pair with a gtx 2080ti and i9-9900k? I game quite a lot (shooters as well as open world so kinda everything in general). Id think 1440p and 144hz would be quite a good spot to go for? Any recommendations? I dont really know much about Monitors always played on a 1080p one. Know nothing about HDR all that kinda stuff just little about refresh rate^^ Thanks in advance guys!
  20. Hey there! My question may not the the wisest but i got a question concerning projecting my Surface Pro 6 to the Beamer in my school (I am a teacher there) . It would be easy normally but each room has a desktop PC connected to internal servers where our school documents are saved and we only have ethernet access. So I need access to the desktop normally as well as my Surface Pro as I would need it with OneNote and Drawboard. Is there a way to easily connect it and being able to use the Desktop if needed and project the Surface Pro Screen on the Beamer? Sadly the Remote for our Beamers are quite shit and only have an On and Off button. The Beamer automatically streams the Desktop Screen. I hope I explained it somehow understandable^^ Thanks in advance guys! Kind regards, Your Cow
  21. Yeah I can wait some time its not urgent by any means! Thanks for the suggestion!
