  1. It does make the typing much silent but not on the clicky green switch instead is bottoming the keycaps which would be dampened. Since the actuation point of clicky switch is where both sound and character registration occurs.
  2. So among the 3 , its ducky . In your opinion , do you think i should stretch my budget and get a filco instead ? Filco seems to be the talk of the town or is there others in the price range that is competitive?
  3. I have 3 keyboard (MX blues) that I am currently eyeing on IKBC C104, CM Masterkeys Pro L (White LED) and Ducky Zero Non-backlit (new DS ABS) . Any idea which is best among these 3 or any other suggestion within these mkb price range (100usd). I need full size ,led lighting is a bonus and marco is not important. It will usually be my only mkb , so non standard bottom row is not an option (future keycaps replacement).
  4. Okok. It's served it well for 4 yrs. Thanks you guys for the help.
  5. Yeap, tested the psu with my friends mobo. Working fine. So can I just say that the mobo has reach it end time?
  6. I tried that possibility already and it still don't work. I tried lending my friends ram (which is working) to double check if both of my ram are busted.. But it still have no change.
  7. The mobo can't turn on for more than 1 sec , so my main concern is not on the display . As the mobo only ons for 1 sec before turning off and repeating it every 3-5 sec without me clicking on the button after once. And yes, I tried to connect my monitor to both gpu and mobo but they can't detect any input.
  8. Tried that just now, still having the same problem. I tried in both slot 1 and 2. Using 2 different sticks.
  9. Hi, currently I am having a old computer which can't be turned on. The model of the mobo is p7h55-m le by Asus(http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P7H55M_LE/). And my cpu is i3-530 When I click on the power button, the fan of my psu spins for 1 sec and stops, without me clicking again the fan of the psu spins and stops. This process continues until I off the psu itself. For each interval to occur it take around 3-5 sec. The troubleshoot I did include -using another motherboard to check if the psu works. So I don't think it's the psu - jumpstart the mobo with only cpu and cpu cooler.( check if ram or other stuff might affect) - clearing cmos by taking the battery out and also tried replacing a new one. - I cant take the cpu out as it is stuck due to the old cpu heatsink stand.( can't test without cpu, sorry) I tired my best to keep components from getting static. Before this problem, I left my comp off for 3 days straight, as I was not around. The power source was disconnected, so it's not possibility due to thunderstorm. And yes, I know this comp is old but I would like to try my best to save it, if possible. Is there any other way to check if the mobo really dead? Please do share thanks.
  10. In my place , it cost around 45. Dont think the price will go down yet.
  11. The few PSU that are within my current price range are , Antec VP Series (http://www.antec.com/product.php?id=706329&fid=5022051&lan=nz) , Corsair (http://www.corsair.com/en/vs-seriestm-vs450-450-watt-power-supply) , Cooler Master (http://www.coolermaster.com/powersupply/g-series/g500/) , Thermaltake (http://www.thermaltake.com/products-model.aspx?id=C_00001857). The price of these few PSU are around / below $50 . I just took a price list from a random computer parts vendor near my house .
  12. Nope , I did not provide any price list . But used online website as reference , such as Amazon . Just needed recommendation for PSU within that price range that is both reliable and cheap.
  13. I wont be shopping online . Will go to the store directly to buy parts. Online shopping in Malaysia is still not well established due to delivery issues .
  14. Its pretty cheap for the VS series .. I guess I will just stick to corsair.
