im not sure but is the amd fx 6300 better than the intel pentium g3258 should i consider that

Hi im trying to make a gaming computer here in Australia but i am having trouble so can someone make me a good computer for $650-$700 if possible. I only really play wow i dont so any editing i just game so if you guys could help me out that would be great. Oh and also i know the case i like it is a NZXT phantom 240. PLEASE HELP!!!!
