  1. Do you know what the 451MB partition is? I can't figure that one out....
  2. So there isn't any way to get rid of the 16gig and the 350 MB ...ps this laptop doesn't have a disk drive
  3. I have too many partitions (result of some unsuccessful attempts to install ubuntu). I have since completely removed ubuntu and grub. Completely reinstalled windows. Yet, I still have this problem...I have a whole bunch of crappy partitions that I have no idea what they do. This is not what a normal windows 8 partition table looks like Here is a picture of my partition table: http://i.imgur.com/sI2axTD.png Does anyone know how to completely delete all of these partitions and JUST have my normal windows 8 one??
  4. Alright, then just put the new kraken on?
  5. So just put a little bit of the alcohol on a microfiber cloth rub until all the paste disappears then dry the cpu with a different microfiber cloth?
  6. is that just rubbing alcohol you can buy from the grocery store?
  7. Hey guys, I ordered an x61 two weeks ago and have been using it ever since. It turned out to be defective and my new kraken x61 just arrived. When i uninstall the first kraken x61 and go to install the new one, do i need to remove the thermal paste from the CPU before putting the new kraken on? Note: I did not buy any third party thermal paste with the first kraken, I just used the pre-applied stuff and will be doing the same thing with this one. Does the CPU need to be cleaned before the installation of the new one?
  8. are you sure? i don't think those are extensions. I think they are complete replacements to be used with a fuly modular evga g2
  9. Will this kit http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16812527006 work for the Asus z97-a board? More specifically, is the 2 x 4+4pin EPS12V CPU Cable the CPU connector for this http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-motherboard-z97a
  10. So that combination of products will get me the compatibility I need for the white cabling? Also, is the cabling that comes stock the in the EVGA G2 I linked individually sleeved black? I cannot tell from the pictures http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16812527006 http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00IKDETOC/ref=ox_sc_act_title_3?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER
  11. Ah, alright. Also, is there any reason why the Corsair 860xi http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00A0HZNDW/?tag=pcpapi-20 is twice as expensive as the EVGA 850w http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00IKDETOC/ref=ox_sc_act_title_3?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER
  12. Are those two places really the only place you can get them? Also, are they interchangeable or do you have to get the corsair cables for the corsair psu?
  13. Well I was planning on getting one of these PSU's http://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-power-supply-220g20850xr http://pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-power-supply-ax860i And wouldn't cable extensions create a lot of clutter? I'm building in an s340 and do not have a lot of room. In fact I have like no extra room.
  14. Does anyone know where you can find all white PSU cabling like this to replace the stock cabling in a fully modular PSU? http://imgur.com/a/YcURC#0
