If you have another PC in the house try installing the GPU in it to see if it replicates. Could even be the MOBO.

Corsair SP Quiet Editions are good. So are Cougar Hydros, and Some Enermax fans as well.

It depends on the motherboard. Asus, and Gigabyte boards throttle very well.

I'm playing it. I don't understand the hate for consoles. Sure they aren't as pretty as PC, but I'm a gamer and I go where the games are. Naughty Dog games are amazing. I wish I could play The Last of Us on PC, as well as the Uncharted franchise, but that's not going to happen, so I do what I have to, and that's why I fire up the PS3 every once in a while. Naughty Dog is also the reason I'm getting a PS4... looking forward to everything they do in the future.

Don't use over drive... it's bad software. -
Make sure number lock isn't on. If it is hitting the Del. key won't do anything when attempting to get into bios.
