  1. Hello guys, I have a problem. When I overclock my CPU - i5 2500K in BIOS to 4,5 GHz it shows me only 4,0 GHz in CPU-Z and HWinfo64 - even if I run Prime95. I think it can have something to do with Intel Extreme Tuning Utility which I had installed, but even after re-installing, uninstalling it is still the same. I´ve tried restarting, different settings in BIOS etc., but I still can figure out where is the problem. When I started Intel Extreme Tuning Utility and changed multiplier to 45 there it was OK, but before starting this program and changing it from 40x to 45x after every start of OS it would stay at 40x multiplier. I could even do 1 hour prime95 test when changed to 45x trough this Utility.. Vcore voltage is 1,35 CPU PPL: Auto PPL overvoltage: Disabled SpeedStep and Turbo Boost enabled Spred spectrum Cooler is Coolermaster 212+ It is even weirder because that fact, that stock clock is 3,3 Ghz, Turbo boost 3,7 GHz, in BIOS is set 4,5 GHz, but OS boots with 4,0 GHz Any ideas ?
