Cs go is very competitive and 150 fps isn't really enough anyway my friend with a 750TI gets 300 fps and I have my fps on 350 btw

So I have had my PC for about a year and a half. I have always seemed to get much much lower fps then I should but I have put it off. Now that I am playing CS:GO competitivly it's really starting to bug me. I have a GTX 970 and in cs go on medium and low setting @ (4:3) 1440x1080 (black bars) I am only getting around 150 fps on average I get lower frame then I should in almost every game. Yes my drivers are up to date Yes my Monitor is plugged into the graphics card No my graphics card is not thermal throttling No The CPU and graphics card or not overclocked except for the factory overclock on the graphics card PLEASE HELP THANKS my specs are: gtx 970 gigabyte G1 gaming 3x fan one i5 4690k 16 gb of ram 750 watt psu

so i did a motherboard swap and i was glitching a little so i re-installed windows and now its saying my product code is on a different computer it is the same computer but i reinstalled windows

so i reinstalled windows and it is saying that my product code is being used on a different pc but its the same pc just with the ssd reformatted and with windows re instralled

can i re install windows without losing all my data?

So I just did a motherboard swap from a Msi z97 krait to an Asus z97 ar and now I can't connect to lan and I installed the new driver

It was auto ing at 1.9 ish
