I disassembled the notebook and disconnected the CMOS battery and the main battery to reset the BIOS but it did not work, so I had to remove the drive from the notebook and I mount it on an external case, then I connected it via USB to another PC then a message pops up asking to choose between MBR or GPT, I selected GPT, but the drive did still not open , so I checked disk management and it says that the disk is unallocated and I cant create a simple volume, I also cant assign a letter and it won’t let me format it, however using Diskpart on CMD the drive is listed as online. Does this mean that disk is faulty? Is it possible to repair it and install W10? Just you so know the disk was already formatted using Diskpart before I removed it from its place.

yes it does , when i press the power button the Samsung logo appears for a few seconds then it shows a black screen with the following text : “All boot options are tried. Press F4 key to recover with factory image using Recovery or any other keys for next boot loop iteration”. However F4 doesn't do anything. Notebook owner told me that he spilled coffee on the notebook keyboard some time ago and it hasn't worked since so he just used an external keyboard. Im thinking that i should open up the bottom of the notebook to disconnect the internal keyboard cable, it might be already disconnected for all i know. This Notebook was already disassembled by someone else before and they clearly didn't do a good job at it, there are some small gaps on the side of frame so its not closing up properly and god knows what else they did wrong inside. Im afraid disassembling myself for i might no be able to reassemble and close it up again. As a last resort id have to remove the HDD and install on another PC to install windows

I'm trying format a notebook that was infected with malware and has network issues, the problem is that I can’t access the BIOS with an external keyboard (since the notebook keyboard is not working). I went to Recovery from Windows Settings, and I ran “Reset This PC” and it didn’t work, it reached 100% but then it undid all progress and it forced to restart. Then I connected a bootable USB with W10 and went to Startup > restart now> Troubleshooting> Advanced Options > boot from USB, but it did nothing. I tried both UEFI bootable USB and using just the ISO file on the USB. So I had no other option than formatting the disk using Diskpart and cleaning all partitions, hoping that this would make it possible to boot from the USB. However, when I tried to do this it wouldn’t let me boot into the BIOS and it reads the following: “All boot options are tried. Press F4 key to recover with factory image using Recovery or any other keys for next boot loop iteration”. I pressed F4 and nothing happened. To sum up the external keyboard doesn’t seem to work and I can’t enter the BIOS, even when I tried using several F keys with 3 different keyboards. Do I need to buy a new notebook keyboard? I will try Windows 10 version 2009 - 20h2 ( build 19042.631) from october last year, should i go for 32 bits instead of 64?

i did a fresh install of W10 21H1 (build 19043.928) on a Satellite C45-ASP4310FL and the system gets frozen or hangs up while working. what do you think is causing this? should i go to a previous Windows? Is there any tests I can run? specs: Intel i3-3110M, 4 gb RAM and regular HDD

I have Android Box x96 mini (Andoid 7.1 OS) and Netflix app does not work, I cant move the screen and the resolution is awful. Do you know if should update it or download a previous APK version? So far, the previous Netflix versions I found which might work are 4.8.3 amd 6.26.1. I also do not know if the device is rooted or not, nor if that even matters.

Im trying to fix the webcam on a hp envy 15-j106la notebook running windows 7 so i googled how to fix the driver because i cant even find it listed on device manager, they say i have to use windows update but its not working either, so i followed these instructions on how to make it work: If SP1 is not installed, download it and install Install the KB3020369 update. The poster has also indicated the need for the KB3138612 update. Download and install the so-called convenience rollup for Windows 7 SP1, which is a misnomer for the never-arriving SP2 service-pack. The final option would be to format the system and install Windows 10 Pro and try to make windows install the webcam driver. What would you advice?

i just got the controller and i updated the firmware as instructed, its working fine when using the USB C cable but on wireless it doesnt work properly at all, games crash or it changes the configuration of all buttons making it unplayable. Im using a generic Bluetooth 4.0 Dongle and in device manager its shown as Xbox Wireless Controller. I have Windows 10 version 1909, should i update to 20H2?. Thx

I'd like to get an xbox controller to play on the PC via Bluetooth but i read the latest X/S model has some issues on W10, i couldnt find the previous model on my country which i suppose would work better . Have you had any related issues? Source

There are 2 types of panel technology, IPS which has weaker contrast and VA which has better visuals. LG TVs suppossedly last longer and have better OS than Samsung, but the interface is bad in both.
