I am looking to encrypt a USB key on a Windows 10 machine to give to a friend to be opened up on a Mac. How would I go about this?

My friend's upgrade is has run into some major issues. He got a asus x99 mobo and when he tried to boot up he got a 00 error code on the board so he sent it back. Now he has a MSI x99 sli mobo and it's not even reaching post, no image on the screen or beep from the onboard mobo speaker. Based on the setup below, what could the issue be? Everything is installed perfectly. Is it the Ram? Is there a need to defragment SSD's? I have one as my primary with a secondary mechanical that needs defragmenting. Can anyone suggest any software I can use ONLY on my mechanical drive??

The Dell ultrasharp is ur best bet. Look for Adobe rgb color scale. Which is key for color accuracy
