Are there any noctua coolers around my budget? If i bought the hyper 212 evo I would still have money left over

I need to buy a new CPU cooler. My budget is around €60 and my case is a Nzxt H440. I really need to get rid of the stock cooler before I start overclocking heavily. Thanks for any help. [€60 = £43 conversion rate sucks ]

Thanks for the parts but £625 is around €800 which is way out of hes budget

I meant 1700 euro cause when you buy things in Ireland its a bit more expensive, also he's buying 2 1TB hard drives cause he can't find a 2TB western digital blue where he's buying it from. Any ssd's to recommend?

I am looking for a new power supply to replace my current one. I believe that it's not sufficient enough for my needs so I need a new one. Yeah but what I don't understand is that when I select the other window it suddenly has 60 fps but the other one goes to 17 fps?

I'm pretty sure that my system could handle it, sometimes I play split screen Borderlands the Pre-Sequel using the same tool without any problems

Can you play 3 play split screen though? Also it should get more performance because only 20-40% is being used by my gpu
