  1. Hey guys, recently purchased parts for a new desktop http://pcpartpicker.com/p/jyrjvK, and according to them everything I have is suitable for a 500W power supply, so that's what I bought. I haven't put anything together yet since I'm still waiting on the case, but after looking at the box (and then confirming it on the newegg specifications section for the card http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814131570) I noticed that it says the system requirements are a 750W power supply. According to pc part picker the TDP is only 200W, so should I be ok with my 500W power supply since I don't plan on OC'ing? Thank you.
  2. Thanks for the input guys. It's just hard because right now I'm operating on a 4 year old Samsung laptop, and I've never hand picked PC parts before. Pretty much what I'm trying to do is have a setup mostly for streaming WoW, or LoL, and video editing. Don't want to overspend, but also don't want to cheap out either.
  3. Hey guys, first time PC builder here. I need some help finalizing a build that someone else on Reddit helped me with: Under $700 budget build http://pcpartpicker.com/p/LHDnXL. I've been looking up reviews everywhere for the different brands of this card since new egg reviews tend to say power color has a lot of coil whine. The reviews on XFX were pretty solid, and Asus as well. Any help choosing the right card, and other feedback on the build is much appreciated, thank you.
