Corsair is known for shipping replace parts for free, so I'd try to contect corsair, there is a big chance you will get a new something even if you are out of warranty
Dudeee... How can we explain to you that a cheap power supply isn't going to work? Your first PSU was probably higher quality than other ones so it lasted longer. If you buy a branded it's also more high quality and it's going to probably last a few years

But in general: AMD cpus have a little better multicore performance (15% maybe) but intel has much better single core performance (30%)
There should be a DVD in the motherboard box with all the drivers to get you going
But I believe that usb should work as well if you download drivers to another computer or a phone and then transfer
